The two citizens on the corner of the underground reservoir are in scoring 

position.  (See the diagram of the Pink Grid Area in the Missions, and Q&amp;A 

Ruling 5).  They may stay there or be moved to the Pink Grid Area.

A third citizen should be put in the Pink Grid Area.



People in the rest of the Underground Reservoir do not count for the Get 

People Together mission.
