I know that starting a team can be nerve wracking to say the least as I was= once in your shoes. =C2=A0 With my involvement as Head referee for some of= the Richmond regional competitions, I found so many coaches that needed so= me assistance with all the rules, regulations and technical workings of the= NXT brick and NXT-G.=20

Hi FLL coaches and Mentors! =3DC2=3DA0 I am Julie Eberheim =3DE2=3D80=3D93v=
olunteer H=3D ead Referee and Judge at local Richmond regional competitions=

I know that starting a team can be nerve wracking to say the least as I was=

or some of=3D =A0the Richmond regional competitions, I found so many coache=
s that needed so=3D me assistance with all the rules, regulations and techn=
ical workings of the=3D =A0NXT brick and NXT-G.=3D20<br>

I know I was helped along by coaches meetings and want to extend a hand to =
=3D those new and current coaches who need some guidance.=3D20<br>

So I want to welcome any and all coaches and mentors who feel they would be=
=3D nefit from someone who has been there to the Henrico County NorthPark =
=3DC2=3D<br>
=3DA0 branch Library on August 11 th from 12-3 to go over the FLL coaches e=

This will be a very open forum for you so bring all the questions you have.=
