I was informed FLL teams used to be judged on Instant Challenges, meaning they were given a problem/challenge to resolve at the tournament & then judged on their team work and solution. 

I can't seem to find any reading material that further explains how this works.  Does anyone know if this is still part of the tournament or if that has changed?
