Brian is right.  The *bacteria* are not worth any points on the mat or in Base.

Also, teams should remember that it's okay for bacteria to land on the
mat, especially if that is part of their strategy.  If the robot
happens to clean them all away (e.g. take them to Base) before the end
of the match, then the empty dispensers are worth the higher amount.
It is the condition of the field at the end of the match that
determines the scoring.
