Laura,

The only potential cause for delay is payment.  If you checked the "pay by check" or "pay by PO."  They generally don't ship until payment is received so those are possible reasons.  If you paid by credit card and have not received your kit, please contact LEGO Education at:

They've always been very helpful and responsive!

We haven't received our field set up kit yet- we have our orientation this weekend and I usually use some of the materials that comes with it. Have they gone out yet? I checked to make sure we had done everything we were supposed to do- paid etc. thanks- Laura
