Team "Walker ~ Jones Tigers" from The Walker ~ Jones Education Campus, DCPS ~ Observations & Thanks:

Wilson High School rocks as FLL qualifier site! The tournament was above all fun! Wilson’s beautiful, atrium area made a superb location ~ the natural light added positive energy to the event.

High Fives to:
* Wilson’s Robotics Team Volunteers ~ lots of energy, encouragement & FUN!
* Booz Allen’s Volunteers ~ welcoming & supportive
* FLL Judges ~ provided perfect balance of encouragement & constructive feedback
* FLL Gracious Professionalism ~ evident everywhere ~ sharing chargers, knowledge, water, snacks . . .

Our team had fun, learned tons and will return stronger:) Our parents & families were impressed with the activities/event and now have tasted the special FIRST “Kool~Aid.”

Dale (and everyone),

We all appreciate the gracious professionalism displayed by all the teams
as we worked through the last-minute security issues in the out-buildings.

We are very thankful for the commitment and generosity displayed by the
USPTO as well. If anyone on the list has an opportunity - please send a
note of thanks to whatever organization hosted your tournament!

These venues are key to our ability to provide this program in your
communities at a reasonable price - so seriously - send a not to the
superintendent or any appropriate leader in the organization to let them
know what this means to you and your children.

Nick
