Ages for Division I and Division II are based on age as of January 1.  
Is that January 1, 2010 or January 1, 2011?  I have a team member that  
turned 12 in the spring, so was still 11 on January 1.  (All other 
members are currently 10 or 11).  Is my team  Division I  or Division II?
