I know someone responded that you should be able to use the same email you have as coach but I ran into the same exact issue last week. I set up a new account as a parent using my home email instead of work...and it worked. So I sent myself an invitation. When I try to create a username and password, I get a message saying that it already exists. But it won't let me log on with my existing information.
