The team just ran into a very serious problem with our EV3 brick this evening and we're hoping one of you out there might have a solution. The power (?) button in the top left – the one button that is separate from all the others – is jammed down and they and my co-coach can't unstick it.
We googled the problem and see nothing like this out there. Any ideas?
Of course, we are scheduled to go to tournament in two days. ;-) We've put out a request to friends to see if we can borrow their EV3 brick for a few days. I'm also planning to call Lego Education in the morning to see if our bot is still under warranty (purchased February 2014) and if they can overnight express a replacement or something… but that doesn't seem very likely.
