FEAST 2013 conference registration?

Hi, folks.

I am under some small amount of pressure to finalize the funding request for
travel to FEAST 2013.  The afeast.org does not yet have a link to conference
registration.

Would someone in the know be so kind as to let me (and others on the list who
might need to) know:
(a) when registration may go live, and/or
(b) the conference registration fee, if set?
