I am heartfelt. Sandy was a 20th Century woman philosopher back when there were so few. Sandra was a warm friend, observant mentor, brilliant colleague, and passionate feminist role model. The first to press, among other things, a political notion of "double ontological shock," with women at SWIP. She will be missed by many.
I trust the APA will honor her and her legacy soon.

"Thank you Diana and Joan,
I am heartfelt. Sandy was a 20th Century woman philosopher back when there were so few. Sandra was a warm friend, observant mentor, brilliant colleague, and passionate feminist role model. The first to press, among other things, a political notion of "double ontological shock," with women at SWIP. She will be missed by many.
I trust the APA will honor her and her legacy soon.
