The deadline for receiving nominations is Monday, October 6, 2008. Please DO NOT send nominations to the List, but to Ann Cahill ([log in to unmask]). Nominations should include a brief biographical statement and, if possible, a CV.  Self-nominations are welcome.
       
Nonmembers can be nominated and elected, though they will need to become members if elected.
