The rate is $100/per night and must be made by October 14. In order to make reservations you must call the number provided and indicate that you are attending the SWIP conference. If anyone has any problems with this, please have them email me. 

Also, just an FYI the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport. They also provide a shuttle service in the  neighboring areas as long as it is within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. They do not have breakfast, but we will be providing food throughout the conference.
