Subject: Need to identify Muslim community health care providers for summit
in DC

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم

We have been approached by the Federal Health and Human Services Department
to recommend Muslim leaders who are involved in running Muslim community
health care and - mental health projects and Muslim service providers to
attend the 2011 Interfaith partnership summit. They will provide
scholarships for them to come to D.C.

The goal of the meeting is to bring together interfaith and community
based leaders to develop partnerships to meet the health and behavioral
health challenges of respective communities.

The communities that are being invited to attend are;

1. Providence, RI

2. Las Vegas, NV

3. Columbia, OH

4. Jackson, MS

5. Portland, OR

6. Jacksonville, FL

7. Baltimore, MD

8. Memphis, TN

9. S. Tulsa, OK

10. Harrisburg, PA

11. Houston, TX

12. Boston, Mass

Please help us to recommend the right people.

 Sincerely,

Sayyid M. Syeed
