According to the table build instructions:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.firstinspires.org_sites_default_files_uploads_resource-5Flibrary_fll_table-2Dbuild.pdf&d=CwIBaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=J5fb0ELkRoh7TzAGYz99sSMvB-c7i4AC0HDT2OVPrww&m=nnuVhs9KeUHmBZQmTQPE_C9RnUR_PVVvG2t2O-k3qzE&s=HJLV3j-e2LHxuCG7Qm9pjgK3UMwtR9n_IXTSaiX9shQ&e=

The walls should be constructed with 2x3 lumber. The detail dimensions
state the the height of the walls is to be "3 +/- 0.5 inches", which is
clarified to mean "from 2.5 to 3.5 inches". A 2x3 has a width of 2.5
inches, and a 2x4 has a width of 3.5 inches. But it would seem that lego is
"encouraging" the use of the 2x3 since that is what is called for in the
materials list. My question for the VA-DC folks is, what can we expect at
our regional and state tournament? I think I recall from the last few years
that we are using 2x4's???

By the way, is this something new from FLL, or has it always been that way?
