Hello Coaches!

Attached is a master list of teamwork activities I used over the last four years as a core values coach and mentor. I've found that taking 15-20 minutes every practice to do a teamwork activity not only helps teams bond and have fun but also helps them work better together in all aspects of FLL and creates a more wholesome, focused team.

I've been a core values coach and mentor for over 30 teams, one of which made it to the national competition in LEGO Land, CA. I know that part of their success was due to their teamwork skills.

I can't stress enough the importance of dedicating some time every practice to work on core values and do a teamwork activity.

Every team I've worked with has said that the activities on the attached list are fun. I highly recommend you try some of these activities with your teams!

Let me know if you have any questions. Also, please give me any feedback or other activities that you have to share!

Good luck this season!
