Our team is scheduled to compete on 11/19/2016, however, we wanted to visit an earlier event on 11/5/2016 in Ashburn. 

So, we had two questions:

1- Are we allowed to participate an event at which we are not competing?

2- Is there any registration process? or we can simply showup at the school where this is happening?

3- At FLL events, do we need to pay any entry fee?
