1)  There aren't really any "point deductions", although things that
the team or robot does can cause there to be more or fewer points
scored.

  Neither the Missions nor the Rules mention anything about the truck
tipping over, so by Rule 3, bullet 3, "If a detail isn't mentioned,
then it doesn't matter."

  However, if the truck tips over, and it looses some of the food that
it is carrying, then it might make it harder to get that food to the
table to score for the Groceries mission.

2)  Your team needs to understand Rule 23, Scoring:  "With rare
exception, your score is assessed based on the conditions at the exact
time the match ends only."
  The referee will mark the scoresheet at the end of the match and
answer the question:  "Is the baby fish touching its mark?"  Then the
scorekeeper will use that information to compute the score.

3)  Only LEGO brand string is allowed--Rule 4, Equipment.  Note what
Exception 2 says.
