There are many, many things that are different in this year’s game than
last year.

FIRST wanted to help FLL become more accessible to new teams and mentors,
so there’s a guided mission and an Engineering Notebook to work with.  The
mat size changed.  There are no negative penalties, but positive points for
keeping precision tokens.  There’s an Advantage bonus from the team’s
inspection.

Yes, tournaments compute the scores based on the Missions and the Rules.
But that’s *not* new.

> what is making the scores so high this year?  I've never seen scores this
high at > regional tournaments is why I ask.
