Hi Palani

It's always a good thought from a coach perspective to think this way, but
I have seen that it causes a burnout and kids kind of start hating if we
push them too hard. I have learn that 1 month before the kickoff has always
been good for my team. Keep it light during the off season has been my
mantra :)
