My team's project presentation could be 5 minutes if the group read their script directly. However, they have been working really hard to memorize it. I commend them for their efforts, however now when we attempt it, it is over the 5 minute mark...because of a lot of pauses/lack of certainty, etc.
So, my question is: what happens at the 5 minute mark? Do they ring a bell, force you to stop, or what? Do they take away points?
In a way, to me it is a higher priority that they feel comfortable and have their lines memorizes....but is it worth it if they go over the 5 minute allotment?
Thanks for your input.
