Hi All,
  I have a question regarding robot re-use... specifically:

* Are they allowed to use the same robot base from year to year?
* There are lots of good FLL robots on sites like EV3Lessons

these robots and then modify it to suit their needs, how does that sit with
the judges?  Is there any special 'credit' that they need to give?
