You may want to look under the truck and see if the two triangle type pieces that act like guides are in place.  There should be two of them right by the rear wheels that help to guide the truck down.  Our goes all over the place as well if they come off.

Sometimes it's getting stuck to the Sorter, and sometimes it goes too much to the North that it misses the lever that holds the Yellow Bin. Is it a problem with the way the team built the model, or should it be pushed in a specific way ? Thoughts and experiences are appreciated.
