Hello

I take a bit of a different approach. I found that having parents hanging
around the pit area became crowded and confusing. Then also the parents
were directing their kid to do things when I was making a different plan.
Thus we ask parents to remain in the gym (robot area). They are close if
needed but not interfering with the kids interacting with the other teams.
The 3 coaches do the wrangling and organizing. Maybe if you only have 2
coaches, have 1 or 2 particular parents designated to assist.

Good luck and most importantly have fun!!!
