Just need some clarification on the bionic eye mission -

The mission says that the bionic eye needs to be in the upper body (solid or
outline).  What is the upper body? Just the extended arms?   The last
example photo shows the bionic eye on the chest - only on a black base.  Is
the black base the problem or is it that the bionic eye is on the chest?

Any clarification/details on the bionic eye mission would be GREATLY
appreciated!
