Another resource for missing parts is
http://service.lego.com/en-US/replacementparts/, to which you can
navigate by starting at www.LEGO.com and selecting Customer Service at
the bottom of the screen.

Enter the set number from the side of your box or enter 9657 for the
2012 FLL Mission Model Set. You then select the pieces you need.
