In the question that Zack asked, he used the words "bacteria FALLS on the
mat" (which I am interpreting to mean "when the game is in progress"), but
you quoted the scoring condition using the words "no bacteria IS touchING
the mat" (which I am interpreting to mean "when the game has ended and
scoring has begun").

So my question is if bacteria fall on mat, and are later collected and
deposited in the base so that none is touching the mat outside the base,
then would the team still qualify for 12 points for a dispenser?
