Varies by number of teams enrolled at the tournament. Typically it's *about*
1/3 of the teams, I think. That will also vary depending on state enrollment
(up every year!): State can only hold so many teams.

categories 1st placed teams ? or Robot game 1st place ? Overall 1st,2nd,3rd
