Michelle,

I think the coaches manual has a sample schedule for the tournament day. (I
remember a very handy checklist for what to bring.)

You will have 1 practice and 3 competition matches at the tournament tables.
(Most tournaments also have a few practice tables and allow teams to sign
up for times.)

There will also be a robot design interview, a project interview, and a
teamwork interview of 5 minutes each. Each interview and match is at a
specific time and your team needs to be lined up and ready when it is their
time. It's a very active day. I usually ask for one parent to stay with
our stuff (laptop, coats, etc) in the pit area, one to be in charge of our
schedule, and one to take photos and videos.
