The FLL rules don't specify a maximum score for the Robot Game.

Yes, there has been a tradition that there were exactly 400 points available
in the past, and the Food Factor challenge has over 450 points described in
the missions.  This is probably a soft limit, since it isn't obvious that it
is possible to score all of them in 2.5 minutes.

What does it mean?  I suggest that teams should, as always, focus on seeing
how creatively they can accomplish the missions, what strategies they can
use to do as much as possible in a tournament match.

And, don't forget, "The full FLL robot development experience is only partly
about tournament-day game points."
