I wouldn't stress too much. We typically order ours a little late. We
start our season working on project research, and working towards a topic.
We also work on team building - especially with new team members in the
mix. The entire season is not the robot game, so I make sure I instill
that appreciation in my team early on. We are about three meetings in, and
haven't done much more than mention the robot.

Remember the last core value, and don't forget to have fun!
