Hi All,

I know this is too late for you Laurie, but just thought I'd share that we
have been using DropBox to store our files this year. (Google Drive would
work just as well). The nice thing about this is:

1. It backs up *every* version you save so you can recover older versions
if needed

2. It allows multiple computers to automatically keep all of the program
files in sync. This way, when we come into a practice, they can get on any
of the computers and their program will be there.

It works by keeping a directory on your hard disk in sync with a remote
server. Unlike "the cloud" though, if you loose your internet connection,
the files are still all there on the local machine.

We had to use the restore mechanism just this last weekend when one of the
files got corrupted and would no longer load. We went back to a previous
version and only lost a little of the work.

As I said, I just thought I'd share it since it did save us from the
headache Laurie is now dealing with.
