I have a friend in Maryland who has a group of kids with a couple of NXT robots, who would like to register as an FLL team in the Fall, but they were hoping to get some practice in how it all works before the 2012 challenge is issued and the season starts.

Does anybody know if it's possible for them to purchase the Green City Challenge Kit during the "off season?"
