Just an FYI that some tournaments have already printed their paperwork for this weekend, so it is possible you will see an old team name popping up here or there even if you were to submit a name update today. We will do our best to make sure that the teams are called by their correct name during robot game and awards ceremony, but it is entirely possible that an old one will slip through. I apologize for any confusion this has caused.

Hi Meredith - thank you for bringing this to my attention. When I checked for updates to the team profiles I was looking primarily for changes to division and missed changes to the team name (with 350 teams there are a lot of potential changes to look for!). I have already put a request in for next year that the system highlight any updates so we don't miss them in the future. In the meantime, if anyone has team name changes please email your new team name, along with your team number and the tournament you are participating in, to [log in to unmask]

I had updated team names on the tournament registration site, but
these did not make it into the Sterling tournament documents.
Four team attending Sat. 15th, and three of them are listed under the
temporary names. Can I trouble someone to get the team names updated
for use on the day?
Sorry to do the mass list mailing, but maybe others find they have the
same situation?
