VADCFLL, Please clarify: I have returning team members and new team members.  Last year my parents went to the link I provided and put in members' information.


1.  Do current parents have to re-enter information again this year; or

2.  Will old member information be populated.

3.  Will new parent members use the same link as last year?

For the TIMS site (run by FIRST), parents input that info and that system is still being used. Please encourage parents to do this.

For the VA-DC FLL registration site, which is used by teams to pick their preferences for their regional tournament as well as get them assigned to the correct division, the coach can enter everything.  The only way parents would be able to enter the info would be for the coach to give them all their user name and password.  I recommend coaches gather and enter this info before October 1st, when the tournament preference portion of the site will be opened.  At that time, coaches can log back in, select their preferences and then their registration form will be complete for regional tournaments. Teams will be able to make changes/edits up until (but no later than) October 10th, at which time we will get the assignments completed.

My team has been entered into the VADC site and I have paid the tournament fee ($100). I think the next step is for me to enter my team member information?? Last year I remember the parents had to fill out online forms for each kid. Is that not required any more?
