Shari from Lord of the Bricks is correct:   All team members who are
present at the event must participate in all three judging sessions, as
well as robot game matches.

We hope that families will prioritize FLL tournaments which are fun and a
great learning opportunity, but this is 2019 in the USA, and children's
schedules seem to have a mind of their own sometimes...

If the unavailable team members have special roles in the Innovation
Project presentation, or special knowledge in other areas, the the team
should try to adapt to showing up without them.
