I see nothing anywhere on the screen resembling in any way "complete
rotations before continuing."  Can you tell me more exactly where to look?

Check to see if you have "complete rotations before contining" (or something

like that) selected bottom right of the control panel.  If you are trying to

turn the arm say 180 degrees and it is getting stuck  and has only turned 
179 degrees, it will keep trying to turn and not finish the routine or go to

the next step.     This can happen if the kids are starting the arm 1/2 up, 
for example.  De-select that option to keep this from happening.
