If Laurie's question is about the 3-M brand Dual Lock fastener that comes
with the Field Setup Kit and is used to attach the Models to the Mat, then
the answer is no, that is not allowed as part of your Robot or Equipment,
since it is not manufactured by LEGO (R01 -- All Equipment must be made
entirely of LEGO-manufactured building elements in original factory
condition.)
