I think Patty is looking to show the settings of each block -- which is not
possible from the print command, because it only prints the sequence bar
quadrant of the display.

All:

We use custom sheets to record and show the details of each block. The
program data recording sheets are for keeping track of what changes they
are making to the program so that they can go back to an earlier approach
if necessary (Any lab noteboook would do just as well!).

I would say that most judging sessions do not give the judges time to
evaluate program at the block level -- the printout just shows that the
team takes robot design judging seriously.

In addition to the HTML/png approach that Mark suggested (very nice, but
time consuming), you can also print directly to pdf. (Print to Printer
rather than to HTML). You can use an OS/browser-based PDF printer (if
available), use Adobe Acrobat (the gold standard), or a third party PDF
generator application like PrimoPDF (free!). Watch out for the page size
and orientation settings. This is much faster, and IMHO adequate for the
competition.
