Wow, that really has been hard for me to forget, regarding just to stand
out to win. This is my first year coaching, and after 20 years in the Navy
where it's all about "meet all of the requirements, follow the instruction,
get the checklists, and make sure you stand out, it's really hard to just
have fun and cooperate. But you make good points. I will take it to heart,
for sure!
