I just realized that we may have misinterpreted the correct scoring position
for the Red/White Citizens based on the Climate Connection.ppt.  We thought
the two citizens on the Underground Reservoir would just stay in place and
the third citizen would be in the Underground Reservoir.  But on relooking
at the text and the note on the ppt, it appears that all three citizens need
to be moved to the Pink Grid.  Can someone clarify this for us?  Thanks for
