Not precisely.  In order to score the trailer in the port dock, ANY
ONE of its wheels must be touching the mat north of the white line.
However, as teams have noticed, if you back the trailer into the dock
"as is", then the wheels that it balances on will not usually satisfy
the scoring condition.  If the back wheels are touching the mat, then
it is much more likely that they will be touching north of the white
line, so that the trailer wheels will satisfy the scoring condition.

  Whether or not teams that attempt this choose to have all four
wheels touch the mat is up to them.  It is easy to imagine the trailer
being in scoring position without having each wheel touching the mat.
