I just did a test... if I start with a new score, and score demolition
only, I get 117 points.  That is:
Demo - (85)
8 black bars still in original condition (2 in the sorter, 2 in the
factory, and 4 with the ref) (64)
4 bars are now 'not in original condition' (-32)
85+64-32 = 117 - looks right to me

At this point, there are 4 bars listed as 'in other locations'
Now, if I slide the bar and put those 4 bars in the landfill, I get 161
points
Those 4 bars that were -32 are now worth 12 points
85+64+12 = 161 - also adds up.

I think the key with the EV3 scorer is that it's up to your team to know
the rules and make sure you set it up properly, especially when it comes to
the placement and locations of the black bars.
