You might want to consider a mentor to help you understand the intricacies
and approaches that coaches can leverage as well as a team mentor.  Team
mentors come in all flavors from high school students to seasoned coaches.
High School students usually meet most meetings but interact with the kids
a lot.

I think it is likely at this point in the season that a more senor mentor
can help for a couple of meetings. But the mentor candidates will have an
opinion.

I would caution you to not have an adult come in and help the team directly
over several meetings and then leave the team. That may confuse your
leadership role. Probably better to have them observe and then provide you
feedback.
