Powerpoint or Keynote seem to be among the best options I've seen. There are some great examples here (under "Support Files") of a powerpoint version of the robot design presentation: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.masteringlegorobot.com_before-2Dand-2Dat-2Dthe-2Dtournament&d=DwIBaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=k6Oa5GxfBPFMgGjb2r5QIoEOeBZs9xbNIpA0kLw_kFQ&m=WUvGUf6PIul4p_9U_jSDq8b2FqXEiFvpdJHyGCQedvA&s=xvs8re_3_W8___F_EgWSYq1KOXvCuwr4vt0yPorUYtc&e= Snipping (aka screen capture) tool: - https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.monosnap.com_welcome&d=DwIBaQ&c=eLbWYnpnzycBCgmb7vCI4uqNEB9RSjOdn_5nBEmmeq0&r=k6Oa5GxfBPFMgGjb2r5QIoEOeBZs9xbNIpA0kLw_kFQ&m=WUvGUf6PIul4p_9U_jSDq8b2FqXEiFvpdJHyGCQedvA&s=1nW3VOi9z7jPf5-26gWZHTcB8Nlr83UKsZ-d7AWw0jo&e= (Monosnap, available for both windows and Mac) If you have really long programs try to grab 4-5 blocks at a go (and crop them fairly close vertically) so you can actually see. If you have documentation in your project files you'll have to account for that too.
