Laura,  yes, all FLL activities for VA/DC teams should be complete by
December 6, except for one or two that are invited to tournaments next
spring.

  The planned date to announce tournament assignments is tomorrow, Monday
the 19th.  Since I'm not working on that part, I can tell you to check the
VA/DC FLL website (and the listserv) tomorrow evening for the list !  :-)
