Please accept my ignorance if this question is already addressed before.

Does the Robot needs to be completely out of the base to perform the
mission or a part of the Robot can stay inside the base while the mission
is performed? Will there be any penalty if the expectation is for the Robot
to be completely out of the base for mission but a part of the Robot is
still inside the base.
