In case you missed the live calls, the archives of phone calls with FLL
Experts on a variety of subjects affecting this year's challenge (robot
game, research project) are available on-line. Listen to the Oct. 7th call
about the Robot Game that was hosted by the Smart Move challenge creator,
Scott Evans. It is very informative and he discusses your question.
Caution: These archives are for COACHES -- not players. Mr. Evans
specifically says that coaches must exercise discretion in how much
information they share with their players. I agree with Glenn Roberts that
your team should figure out the answer plus since some players read this
listserve it would inappropriate to answer it here. I will write you
off-list with my understanding in case you don't have time to listen to a 2
hour archive of a phone call to get the answer. Among other objectives, the
phone call archives help coaches minimize giving inaccurate advice to their
team.

For archives, follow this link and scroll down about 1/2 a page
