Seeking advice from experienced coach

This is the first year that our school's team here at Hunters Woods ES in
Reston is meeting during the off-season.

We'd like to talk to someone with more experience about the best ways to
use the time.  We are meeting once a week and we have mostly rookies with
little or no experience in building and programming.
