Rookie Coaches-



Ashburn Robotics and FTC Team Aperture will host a boot camp on August 
22 from 6-9pm at the Ashburn Public Library. The format of this event will 
be a series of hands on workshops covering: basic robot building 
techniques, sensors and how to use them, beginning programming  & how 
to prepare for your local tournament this Fall.



This is a free event and open to all registered teams in the NoVA area. If 
you plan to attend RSVP by email offline by August 19 by entering in the 
subject line  "FLL BOOT CAMP TEAM # (enter team number) ". Plan to bring 
your laptop with installed programming environment (NXT-G or EV3) and 
your robotics kit(s). At this time we are limiting the number of coaches to 2 
per team- this is not a team event so please do not bring your kids. 



I will send out more information next week to those registered to attend.
